The ACT WorkKeys Reading for Information measures the ability to understand and use the information presented in the documents of the workplace and is one of the main criteria by which companies, Human Resources departments and recruiters can measure the performance of a person.
What does your rating mean?
This test is only a concentrated sample of the Complete Assessment Program, which is based on the three essential competences and which measures each of the competences separately.
Officially, the results of the evaluation indicate five levels of capacity, which have different value and this will vary according to the vacancies to which you apply.
Following this mock evaluation, this is what the qualification you got in the test says about you:
- Who obtain a PLATINUM qualification are able to synthesize and use the information presented in one or more complex documents of the workplace. These documents are dense and include difficult concepts or descriptions of complicated procedures.
- Who obtain a GOLD qualification are able to use information presented in one or more complex documents of the workplace, intuit situations not described in the test question and deduce the meaning of unusual terms. - Those who obtain the SILVER qualification are able to use the information presented in common documents of the workplace and intuit situations not described in the test question.
- Who obtain the BRONCE qualification are able to understand terms, follow instructions and identify the main ideas presented in the common documents of the workplace.
